I had a root canal done at Coastal Endodontics by Dr. Lindsey. I had no prior experience with endodontics but it seemed seamless to me. She explained everything prior to getting started which made me especially comfortable. From the front desk staff to exiting everyone was wonderful. Becky got me checked in quickly even as a new patient. Kesey took me back and got me prepped and then worked effortlessly with Dr. Lindsey. I had a difficult tooth as it was in the far back and they did wonderful work. She ven had to go through a crown to do the work and she preserved my existing crown, which was such a blessing. I'm so grateful to the staff there and how great they did. I hope I never have to go back but if I do, I'd gladly go there.

My experience today at Coastal Endodontics was a great one from beginning to end! Becky welcomed me at check-in with a bright, beautiful smile. With this being my first time here, that first interaction immediately helped set a comfortable and welcoming tone for the rest of my appointment. Next, I was welcomed into the back by Jutta, who may genuinely be the warmest and most welcoming dental assistant in the country! She did an amazing job of blending professionalism with genuine human care. Our conversations felt natural, she paid attention to the little details, and she was extremely communicative and informative about the plan of action Dr. Lea would be taking. She made it very easy to feel comfortable and prepared for the procedure. Dr. Lea was incredible. His approach to performing a root canal made what could have been a stressful experience feel completely stress-free. He walked me through each step throughout the procedure and kept me informed about what he was doing. Somehow, he made the appointment feel more like a conversation while still being completely focused on his work. That level of communication and professionalism made a huge difference. I had extensive work done with Dr. Lea and his team recently. He made sure I was very informed before, during, and after the procedure. They took great care and time to make sure I was comfortable allowing any breaks I needed. They were so very light hearted and kind. This was my first visit with them and as much as I hate going to the dentist, I am actually looking forward to my next visit. My check in with Stacie was easy and fantastic. I cannot say enough to commend Keely and Owen, Dr. Lea’s assistants. They were both great! And Becky upon checkout finalized a good overall experience with Coastal Endodontics of Richmond Hill, Georgia. John Carpenter

The staff at Coastal Endodontics were very sweet and answered any questions I had. Stacie, the check in coordinator was wonderful, the dental assistant TheSey was amazing, and Becky and Bri were great during checkout. I also would like to mention Juan. He was very helpful to me. I was extremely nervous about getting a root canal, and it was pretty much a painless experience. Thank you Dr. Lea

Bri at the front desk was very sweet and explained everything to me so I would understand what was happening. The dental assistant- Lay was spectacular! I wish she was at my dentist office! The level of care that she provided for me was excellent! And she has amazing customer service! Furthermore, Becky helped me with checkout and she was fantastic- her customer service was amazing as well! Amazing customer service helps in many ways. I hope that they have many amazing days to come! UPDATE:7/15/2026 Keely was my dental assistant this time. She was amazing and very sweet! I hope they are paying everyone at this location well because their customer service and attention to detail rocks! Ms. Becky and Bri at the front desk and checkout were amazing as they were at my last visit on 07/1. I highly recommend having your root canal done at this location. They made me comfortable and explained everything to me within the two visits I had.
